Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Camper Components.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products you have purchased with us.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return efficiently:

Fill out your Order Number and Email in the ‘return item’ box below.
Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return - this may take up to three weeks.

Damage Or Shortage

If you find on opening the parcel that goods are damaged, then you must inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, (it may require you to return the items to us at your own cost). Once the goods have been received and inspected a refund will be arranged and any cost of return postage will be refunded.

Any shortage on delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns Policy

Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all the return postage costs. The item should be complete, unused and in its original un-opened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand by contacting us at: info@campercomponents.co.uk

Faulty Goods

If an item is thought to be faulty please contact us for a returns authorisation first. We will ask you to return the item to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. When the item is received by us it will be tested and if found to be faulty it will be replaced or refunded in full, including any postage costs incurred by you.

All returned items must include a copy of the original receipt and your contact details
